ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORIGINAL AND AUTHENTIC?
All our products are guaranteed authentic and original from South Korea. We do not sell fake or products that copied the originals.
WHAT ARE CLEARANCE ITEMS?
These are unopened new items which may fall under any of the following:
Price reduced to clear
Minor damages on packaging
Discoloration on packaging due to previously displayed
Near to expiry date. The expiry date is specified under product description
All items are guaranteed unused and unopened.
DOES YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE LOCAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH APPROVAL?
Product approval from Brunei Ministry of Health is specified under "Additional Information" in the product page.

THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT LISTED.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Bank transfer or Cash. Please refer here for payment methods and their associated deliveries/collection.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We may issue you a full refund within two (2) days after you have received the item. The product must be unused/unopened and sealed in its original form. The item shall be delivered/mailed to our address at your own cost, unless it is our error (eg. wrong product). We will returned the monies to you via cash or to your bank account upon receiving the product.
CAN I ADD MORE PRODUCTS AFTER I ALREADY PURCHASED?
Yes, additional products can be added and delivered under the same shipment provided that we have not shipped your products. Please whatsapp us immediately.
WHAT TIME CAN I COLLECT MY ITEMS?
We open daily:
Monday to Saturday 7:30am - 10:00pm.
Sunday 2:30pm - 10:00pm.

HOW LONG IS THE RUNNER DELIVERY? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM.
We provide next 1 to 2 days delivery via our runner. Please contact us and we will check on the delivery status.
THE PRODUCT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATION.
Results vary depending on skin condition. We cannot guarantee all products work as advertised, as skin condition differ individually.
THE PRODUCT HAS ADVERSE REACTION ON MY SKIN.
As with any other cosmetics products, we recommend patch testing on skin before applying. Should you encounter any redness or allergy reaction, stop using it immediately.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER ITEM?
We accept changes if we have not mailed the item to you, please contact us immediately. We offer exchanges for unopened and unused product within 2 days after you received your item. Item must be sealed in its original form.
